Born in Reading PA, Ryan has played lacrosse his entire life. He currently plays professionally in both the Premier Lacrosse League for the Chrome Lacrosse Club and the National Lacrosse League for the Halifax Thunderbirds. Before entering the professional ranks Ryan spent 5 years at THE Ohio State University where he obtained his master’s degree in sports management, and became the first ever 4 time All- American in Ohio State history. Playing the two-way midfielder role, Ryan would also be named a first team all-big ten two times. Aside from playing Ryan & Jeff were both 3-time captains for the buckeyes. Ryan would end his career as the active leader in ground balls at Ohio State as well as receiving the Big Ten Medal of Honor, one of the most prestigious awards in collegiate athletics. After his college career he was drafted in the second round in both the PLL and NLL. In his first season in the PLL he was nominated for the SSDM of the year award.
Ryan began his coaching career at a young age working with numerous club programs around Pennsylvania and Ohio. Eventually working his way up the coaching ranks to get an opportunity to be a volunteer coach for the USA U-21 team that will compete in the world games in the summer of 2022. After college he accepted a Head Assistant and Defensive Coordinator position at Culver Military Academy, which is the best team in the Midwest and one of the best highschool teams in the nation. At Culver Ryan helped develop multiple 5-star recruits and numerous future division one lacrosse players.
Ryan has an enormous passion to bring elite coaching to non-traditional parts of the United States and provide young athletes with the tools and resources to be successful and chase their dreams.
Born in Orangeville Ontario, Jeff has spent the majority of his life competing and playing lacrosse. His lacrosse career started with the Junior A Northmen Box lacrosse team, Where he was not only one of their best defenseman but also a multiple time captain for the program.
Jeff then attended the Hill Academy Highschool, during his time there he led the team to new heights and helped establish them as national powerhouse. Jeff was also a member of the Canada U-19 team. He is one of just twenty one members chosen to represent his country in the 2016 world games.
After highschool Jeff committed to play lacrosse at THE Ohio State University starting as an LSM for 5 years. Jeff is one of the only Buckeyes to start and play in every single game in his career. In his last three years Jeff was announced a captain alongside Terefenko, Jeff and Ryan were the 2nd and 3rd 3-time captains in school history. In 2020 and 2021 Jeff led the team in caused turnovers
Playing in the NLL has always been a dream for Jeff, his dream came true in 2021 when he was drafted 8th overall to the Georgia Swarm. More recently Jeff has been acquired by the Chrome Lacrosse Club in the Premiere Lacrosse League.
Jeff attributes his success to the many coaches throughout his youth and believes he wouldn't be the man or the player he is today without them. Jeff has coached multiple club teams since graduating college. Currently working at the Hill Academy, where he went to school. He is helping some of the best youth lacrosse players in Ontario reach their goal of competing at the next level. Working alongside some of the best coaches in the world, Jeff is looking to take his coaching passion to the next level by working with young dedicated athletes across Canada and the United States.
